Jason Tartaglia - Vice President of Engineering and Management
Jason is the Vice President of Engineering and Management at Pate. Jason received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech University. Jason is also a licensed P.E. in the State of Florida. With over 15 years of experience in the concrete formwork and construction industry, Jason oversees all engineering related maters including shoring design, rebar, and post tension design.

Brandon Tartaglia - Vice President of Field Operations
Brandon is the Executive Superintendent for Pate Construction. He has been around concrete formwork his entire life, and manages the scheduling and execution of all field activities. He pays particular attention to safety, quality, and schedule to exceed the expectations of our clients. He has Bachelor's Degree from Miami University of Ohio, also carries a Certified General Contractor License in the State of Florida.

Brenda Tartaglia - President
Brenda is President and Owner of Pate Construction, and controls the administrative aspects of the company. She has been with Pate Construction since 1985. Brenda, and her team, oversee estimating, contracts, billing, purchasing, and human resources. She also carries a State of Florida Certified General Contractors License.
Steve Rozansky - Vice President of Preconstruction
Steve has been with Pate Construction for over 30 years, and in charge of all preconstruction and estimating services. He has spent his career managing projects in the field and from the office, and applies this knowledge to help Pate Construction, and our clients, pursue projects that fit our needs and business model.
