Built at the heart of downtown Delray, Sundy Village features a 115,000 SF underground garage topped by nine multiuse retail buildings. Surrounded by historic homes and pressed against tight property lines, the site left no room to spare. Underground work required close coordination with excavation, sheet pile, and dewatering crews to keep progress moving below grade.
